The Marriott Plaza Hotel was the official conference venue. Conveniently located in a very central location, this century-old traditional hotel overlooks the Plaza San Martín, with green lawns and tall trees of a wide variety of species.

The ESSARP Conference took place in the traditional Fiestas meeting and ballroom and the commercial exhibition located at the Grand Hall, famous for its white marbled columns and period chandeliers.

There was a large underground parking area just across the street from the Hotel.

Bedrooms were available at special rates to Conference delegates. However deadlines for bookings are strict.
