Marta Bayley PGCE
She has postgraduate studies from the University of Bath, UK. She has attended the ASCD Annual Conferences in Education in the U.S.A., where she participated in different workshops and conferences delivered by Carol Ann Tomlinson and Nanci Smith. In 2010 she delivered a presentation at the ASCD on her project "The Use of Art in the Art of Teaching a Second Language". She attended the workshop "The Project Zero Classroom 2006: Views on Understanding" at Harvard Graduate School of Education, Cambridge, USA by Howard Gardner, Steve Seidel and David Perkins. She is an English graduate teacher from St. Catherine's School and she has 30 years experience as a classroom teacher. She is currently working as a teacher and coordinator at St. Andrew's Scots School.
Patricia Dillon
She is a graduate teacher from the Universidad Católica Argentina, Facultad de Filosofía y Letras, for the teaching of English at all levels, and she has taught across the primary and secondary age range for over 25 years, specializing herself in primary school, where she has been either in teaching or coordinating positions. She has also worked on the organization, coordination and delivery of English courses at all levels for children, adolescents and adults. During the last four years she attended the ASCD Annual Conference in Education in the U.S.A., where she participated in different workshops and conferences delivered by Carol Ann Tomlinson, Jay Mc Tighe, Nanci Smith and Cindy Strickland. In 2009 and 2010 she was invited by ASCD to present her projects on "Different Trends in Education: Applying Technology in a Bilingual Setting" and "Effective Tools to Help Bilingual Learners Achieve Enduring Understandings". She is currently working as a teacher at St. Andrew's Scots School.
Moira McCallum, MA
She has a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Bath, UK. She is co-author of the chapter "First steps in Cooperative Learning" in the book El Rol del Supervisor en la Mejora Escolar, Aique, 2009. During the last three years, she attended the ASCD Annual Conference in USA, where she attended several workshops and conferences by Carol Ann Tomlinson, Nanci Smith, Cindy Strickland, among others. This year she was invited by ASCD to deliver two presentations, sharing her expertise in bilingual settings. She attended several Cooperative Learning workshops at "Kagan Cooperative Learning Institute" in Florida and California, USA and she became a trainer in Cooperative Learning. Since 1999, she has been delivering courses in different schools and institutions, transmitting the theory and practice of Cooperative Learning educational approach. She is an English graduate teacher from "Instituto Nacional Del Profesorado en Lenguas Vivas Juan Ramón Fernández" and she has 20 years experience as a classroom teacher. She is currently working as a teacher, mentor and coordinator at St. Andrew's Scots School.

Since 1999, she has been delivering courses in different schools and institutions, transmitting the theory and practice of Cooperative Learning educational approach. She is an English graduate teacher from "Instituto Nacional Del Profesorado en Lenguas Vivas Juan Ramón Fernández" and she has 30 years experience as a classroom teacher. She is currently working as a classroom teacher at St Andrew's Scots School and as an assistant in the "Residencia Pedagógica de la Escuela de Educación" at the Universidad de San Andrés.
María Villar
She has done a Post Graduate Course on Applied Linguistics and the Teaching of English at the School of Comparative Studies, University of Essex, England. She has attended the ASCD Annual Conferences where she took courses delivered by Carol Ann Tomlinson, Nanci Smith, Cindy Strickland. In the conferences mentioned above, she delivered a presentation on "Effective Tools to Help Bilingual Learners Achieve Enduring Understandings" and presented a project on "Different Trends in Education, Applying Technology in a Bilingual Setting". She is an English graduate teacher from Instituto Nacional Superior del Profesorado, Joaquín V. Gonzalez. She has over 25 years experience as a classroom teacher in primary and secondary levels. She is currently working as a teacher at St. Andrew's Scots School and as an EFL teacher at San Martín de Tours High School.
