She is a British-trained teacher who has taught in London, the Caribbean and Argentina. Her teaching and management experience is wide and includes all areas of school. As a freelance educator, she has lectured on various educational issues and has developed teacher-training modules for use in local bi-lingual schools.

Derek Pringle
Derek Pringle is a graduate of the Universities of Leeds and London. He moved to Peru in 1983 to be Head of History at Colegio San Silvestre in Lima and from 1988 became Headmaster of Hiram Bingham in the same city. After 19 years there, Derek moved to be Head of Redland School in Santiago, Chile and from February 2009, he is the Headmaster of St George´s, Quilmes. He has been President of the Foreign Schools Association of Lima, President of the Latin American Heads Conference, Vice President of the World Heads Council of the International Baccalaureate. He continues to teach IB History and is an IB examiner.

- To provide the opportunity for ESSARP School Heads to share their knowledge, experience and expertise with fellow ESSARP educators and the next generation of school leaders. - To provide insight and knowledge on key issues that will affect and drive teaching and learning in the 21st Century and how these challenges can be met and managed at ESSARP schools. - To create a network of support for middle leaders so that they can learn from shared experiences with colleagues in similar institutions.
