Melanie will explain how she planned her classes from Day 1 of the quarantine, beginning with the number of activities planned for a 30 minute connection, and how she combines them to make the music class appealing for children.
She will present materials that toddlers could have at home and could be used in music exercises as her MUSIC BOX: empty water bottles, plastic caps, stuffed animals among others.

Abstract
What makes a project, in an EFL virtual environment, effective? Can the bond between teacher and students still be sustainable? After analysing our path in this paradigm shift, it might be assumed that several factors proved to be crucial. For example, reflecting upon our teaching practice as a team and the relevance of the topic to be taught. Also, providing opportunities to use English in a meaningful way. This is the retelling of our experience in teaching ‘How to describe pets’ in Kinder 5. Three instances of a learning sequence will be described.
