Quality Policy

Fully in line with our mission and vision, ESSARP has defined the following Quality Policy:

    • a) To satisfy and surpass our customers’ expectations and parties concerned through the fulfilment of the obligations undertaken and the continuous added value to our service performance.
      b) To develop the potential of our human resources, raising awareness of the quality and excellence of their performance.
    • c) To focus an attitude towards risk analysis, quality and continuous improvement is an enduring commitment of all and each one of us.
    • d) To comply with the legislation applicable to the services our organization.
